Relaxed Colonial

Our client’s forever home had to live modern and relaxed yet stay classic in design avoiding the need for periodic remodels. It was important that material selections would stand up to a busy family of seven and their guests and that this open floor plan offered spaces to get away and unwind. This home features a working pantry and a butler’s pantry, an owner’s suite sized laundry room, multiple office spaces and a gym where the entire family can work out together.
