Highlighting one of the 5 premium units in this boutique multi-family and mixed use property, unit 4 capitalized on Downtown views and extensive private outdoor space. Coco Perry design was responsible for all unit architectural finishes, fixtures and equipment as well as the exterior materials right down to the custom colored mortar on the brick blends. We even had our hand in the selection of tenants and designed the onsite Black Walnut Bakery.
